SHUTTLE BUS SERVICE
 
For guests accommodated in the Crowne Plaza Hotel and Sheraton Hotel, we will provide regular shuttle bus service between the hotel and the conference venue. The shuttle bus timetable is as follows:
 
 
 
 
 
 
BMW SHUTTLE SERVICE
 
If you have requested shuttle service upon your departure, this will be provided by BMW, our Exclusive Automotive Partner. This will be arranged during 27 – 31 October. Please note that you may be accompanied by other conference guests in one car.
Arrival: BMW shuttle service includes transport from Vienna airport, Bratislava airport, or from the train and coach station in Bratislava to the hotel you will be accommodated in, on the day of your arrival. Our colleagues will be waiting for you at the airport arrivals terminal, train or coach station with a GLOBSEC Tatra Summit logo and will accompany you to the car.
 
Departure: BMW shuttle service also includes transport from the Grand Hotel to Vienna airport, Bratislava airport, or to the train and coach station in Bratislava. Guests accommodated in other hotels than Grand Hotel River Park, are advised to use shuttle bus service in order to arrive to Grand Hotel on time for their departure. Upon your arrival to the Grand Hotel, the organisers at the BMW Shuttle Service Desk will accompany you to your car.
 
SIDE EVENTS TRANSPORTATION
 
Gala Dinner | GLOBSEC Tatra Summit Cocktail: For attendees of these side events, the organisers will arrange bus transport from the Grand Hotel to the respective venues. Departure times of buses will be indicated in the conference agenda.
 
Please note that due to the strict time schedule, buses will wait no more than 5 minutes after the planned departure. Detailed personalised transportation information for side events during the conference will be included in your conference package.

GALA DINNER | GLOBSEC Tatra Summit COCKTAIL
 
Please note that entry to the GLOBSEC Tatra Summit Cocktail, held on the evening of Friday 28 October, and to the Gala Dinner, held on the evening of Saturday 29 October is upon separate personal non-transferable invitation only. Additional details about the events are included in the invitation as well as in your personalised conference package ready for you at the Registration Desk.  
 
REGISTRATION DESK
 
After your arrival, our colleagues will be happy to register you at the Registration Desk situated in the lobby of the Grand Hotel. You will be provided with a personalised conference package, which will include the final programme and other related materials. The package will also include separate invitations to the Gala Dinner and GLOBSEC Tatra Summit Cocktail. Please be aware that these invitations are required for entering Gala Dinner as well as the GLOBSEC Tatra Summit Cocktail.
 
Our colleagues at the Registration Desk will be at your disposal from early morning to late evening during and will be happy to help you with any questions or inquiries you might have.     
 
FOOD AND BEVERAGES
 
The organisers will host a number of coffee breaks in between the panel discussions. Permanent coffee stations will be at your disposal on both the conference floor and the lobby of the Grand Hotel for the whole duration of the conference. Lunches for all participants will be served on Saturday 29 October and Sunday 30 October, both in the foyer on the conference floor and River Bank Restaurant on the ground floor. You can find more information in your conference package. Board will also be offered at the special evening events which are upon separate invitations (Gala Dinner, GLOBSEC Tatra Summit Cocktail). Otherwise, you are more than welcome to enjoy the hospitality of restaurants situated in the hotels or city centre. Please note that the organisers cover only meals and beverages mentioned above.
 
COMFORTABLE LIVE STREAMING
 
Since the GLOBSEC Tatra Summit is attracting high number of participants, naturally, this creates increased pressure on the capacity of the conference hall. Therefore, for the comfort of all participants, we have prepared additional listening rooms and live streaming at the Grand Hotel, including the cafeterias, restaurants and lobby. These premises will be equipped with LCDs, furnished with comfortable sofas and refreshments outside the main conference room. Thus, several premises of the Grand Hotel will be at the disposal for participants to allow everyone to enjoy the whole Summit. The placement of LCD screens will be indicated in your conference package.
 
MOBILE APPLICATION
 
In order to preserve the nature, we have decided to go green this year. Therefore, instead of the Conference Brochure all participants will have the possibility to download the GLOBSEC Tatra Summit mobile application powered by SpotMe. The app will allow you to view the detailed programme as well as the list of confirmed speakers, share your feedback, send messages to other participants, exchange electronic business cards and much more. The app will also be used interactively for voting and posing questions during most of the debates. You will be able to download the GLOBSEC Tatra Summit app via our upcoming email invitation as well as at the Registration Desk in the Grand Hotel upon your arrival.
 
SECURITY INFORMATION
Security of our guest is of paramount importance to the organisers. Therefore, we kindly ask you to wear your badge at all times when attending GLOBSEC Tatra Summit and its side events. Access to the conference floor will only be permitted to those wearing their badge provided by the organisers at the Registration Desk. Please note that the badge is non-transferable and any violation of this policy may result in immediate revoking of participation in the conference. We also ask for your patience and understanding if and when subjected to a security check upon your arrival to the conference venue. In case of any emergency please inform the nearest organising team member.
